Haiti Project e-News

Gifts that Make a Difference - your tax exempt donation will be sent to you.

Celebrate ANY occasion by giving gifts that will delight the receiver AND strengthen the Jeannette community - a small, rural mountain village in Haiti.

Gifts that build communities feels great because sharing makes the world a better place.

Send a Haitian child to school in a loved-one's name. All kids dream of going to school. The Haiti Project partners with St. Marc’s in Jeannette to make going to school a reality for over 700 children.

Child Sponsorship is a great way to experience the joys of helping a child in need and making a lasting difference in his or her life by sending a child to school.

Send a Haitian Child to school

A loved-one in your life will receive annual photos, report cards, and occasional notes from your school child. He or She will also receive an introductory letter explaining your gift.

Sending a Haitian child to school costs $200 annually, and you have the opportunity to sponsor a child for years. Some sponsors begin when a child is young and the child may not graduate until his or her early 20's. While we hope you are able to continue your support until graduation, we recognize circumstances change, and you may discontinue your sponsorship at any time.

Your loved one will receive an introductory letter and other materials.

Singing Rooster's Mountain Bleu roast is natural, rich & somewhat sweet; cool nights at high altitudes produce gentle & FLAVORFUL coffees! Mountain Bleu comes from the same type of coffee plant & is grown in a similar region as the wildly successful Jamaican Blue Mountain bean - but at a fraction of the price. Singing Rooster Haitian Coffee The Haiti Project is selling Haitian coffee online we've named Singing Rooster after the Bishop's favorite alarm clock: Big Red.

By purchasing coffee through the Haiti Project, you’re not just buying something you'd get anyway, you’re investing in the economic development of a nation whose people struggle.

Singing Rooster coffee supports Haitian farmers including those living in Jeanette – beans come from grower cooperatives. 100% of proceeds go BACK to Haiti for economic sustainability programs like coffee agriculture.

Alphonsine is a charming tale of 19th century pioneers in Dakota Territory. It’s a tribute to families who endured primitive travel and adjusted to the stark contrasts between sophisticated cities, like Montreal, and the American frontier.

This book is perfect reading during a Wisconsin Winter!
